Ebenezer Properties is a Real Estate Consultants Company of Chartered Valuation Surveyors established in March 1999 and seeks to establish a pro-active interface with clients to ensure accurate solutions to their requirements. The objective is to service the public and private sectors in the fields of physical economic and property development based on research and practical application of sound valuation and asset management principles so as to secure optimal use of land resources.
As a company we believe that the staff experience has enhanced our level of understanding the Real Estate industry and development policy strategies at national level, the practical application of Acts and Statutes pertaining to property taxation, land use, planning and general physical development for economic growth in the context of both the Town and Country Planning Act, the Urban Councils Act, the Valuers Act and the Estate Agent’s Act over the last 20 years.

The firm provides Real Estate consultancy services to parastatals, municipalities, government, non-governmental organisations, private sector, law firms, the High Court of Zimbabwe, Insurance Companies and individuals in Zimbabwe and in Southern Africa.

Property Valuation
Property Valuation of land and buildings (commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, recreational and institutional) in relation to capital and rental values in both rural and urban areas.
Asset Valuation
Asset Valuation for national and local taxation involving valuation for stamp duty, estate duty, income tax, capital gains tax, rating and valuation for insurance purposes.
Asset Valuation
Asset Valuation involving valuation of land and buildings, plant and machinery, motor vehicle and office furniture and equipment for accounting purposes.
Training
Training– Microfinance institutions on issues of mortgage financing, sinking funds etc.
Statutory Valuations
Statutory Valuations including compensation for compulsory acquisition of both rural and urban land in terms of the Land Acquisition Act (1992) by Government, statutory undertakers and/or local planning authorities.
Sales
We conduct sales both by Private Treaty and Auctions.
Maintenance
Maintenance (i.e. Electricals, plumbing etc), Redecorations and Soft Furnishings.
Asset Tagging
Asset Tagging – The system involves recording the existing assets using the PC or a scanner, the scanner recording is very efficient and designed to rapidly move through a location, label and capture the basic physical asset information.
Estate Property Management
Estate Property Management involving landlord and tenant negotiations, surrenders, termination and renewal of leases and rent reviews.
Estate Agency Services
Estate Agency Services involving property sales and providing advice on purchase of land and buildings (commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, recreational and institutional) in urban and rural areas.
Developmental Valuations
Developmental Valuations involving the valuation of land ideal for development or redevelopment and involves feasibility studies and investment appraisals.
